Combining easy surface design techniques to create your own cityscape.
Simple bargello style piecing, stamp carving and screen printing or stencilling will inspire and delight! Finish with decorative free motion quilting for a unique work of art
Can be run as a one or two day workshop
One Day workshop
- Students will paint their own (supplied) fabric
- Hand made stamps will be carved
- Fabric will be sliced and reassembled and then embellished with hand carved stamp designs and final stencilling to create their own cityscape.
- Finishing options will be demonstrated.
Two Day Workshop
- Students will paint their own (supplied) fabric and then stamps will be carved and fabric will be sliced and reassembled and then embellished with hand carved stamp designs and final stencillngs to create their own cityscape.
- Quilt top will then be prepared for quilting and commenced.
- Finishing options will be demonstrated.

Materials fee of $30 can be added to supply all paints and fabrics and stamping material or they can be made available for sale on the day of the workshop or before the workshop through the Dyed & Gone to Heaven Online Store.
